 We will tour your property inside and out and compile a detailed list of items that might need to be either repaired, painted, cleaned, organized, added, removed, de-cluttered, or staged in order to make your property more appealing to potential buyers, and also reduce the amount of days on market. Once we have your property in top showing condition, I will take professional photos and videos to be used for virtual tours and extensive internet marketing in order to expose and promote your property to the largest audience of buyers and agents.
